Overview

Located in the heart of Paris at 37 Rue Montmartre, Osaka Sushi offers a refreshing take on traditional Japanese cuisine. This sushi restaurant blends simplicity with authenticity, making it an appealing choice for both locals and visitors seeking quality sushi without an exorbitant price tag. Specializing in classic sushi assortments and mixes, Osaka Sushi goes beyond rolls to include comforting dishes like noodle soup with fried shrimp and a variety of fresh salads. The menu also features authentic touches such as 味增汤 (miso soup), complementing the dining experience with traditional flavors.

The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious, fitting well with the vibrant Parisian neighborhood it calls home. While the space might not boast elaborate decor, it creates an inviting environment for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner. Service at Osaka Sushi receives positive remarks for its friendliness and efficiency, with orders delivered promptly—a welcome quality in a bustling city.

Though the drink selection leans towards Japanese beer and a modest wine list rather than an extensive beverage variety, it suits the straightforward dining style the restaurant promotes. This approach appeals to those who crave genuine tastes, focusing on the food rather than elaborate drink pairings. Communication may present minor challenges due to language differences, but the attentive staff ensures the overall experience remains pleasant.

Osaka Sushi is an excellent option for diners looking to explore Japanese cuisine within a Parisian setting without the expectations of high-end dining or extensive service theatrics. It serves a clientele that appreciates solid sushi craftsmanship, simple soups, and salads, and values a balanced dining experience that is both affordable and authentic. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or seeking a casual meal amid the bustling 2nd arrondissement, Osaka Sushi stands as a noteworthy destination.

We were skeptical based on Reviews but had a great experience here. Our waiter was very nice and food came fast. Not a lot of drink options but its Japanese. They can do the normal stuff and have a solid wine selection. Sushi was great
